Applied for a job on Indeed and got sent to a scam website

I applied for a position on Indeed and they told me the job was filled but to contact this other company who still had something open. They gave me a link to cargobirdproject.com. At first I figured it was just some recruiting agency since they said a recruiter would reach out. So I filled in my info and then a pop-up came up with a role description and it just felt wrong right away. I looked it up and yeah here I am adding my story. Hope this helps someone else.
