Paid for dog shelters on Facebook and never got them

I saw an ad for dog shelters on Facebook. It was from a page that led to a website called Cargolyn Logistics. I paid $100 for the shelters through their site.

I never received anything. No shelters, no tracking, nothing. The website is still up but there's no way to get ahold of anyone. My money is just gone.
