Selfie with my ID for a job that turned out fake

I saw this job posting and it seemed legit so I applied. They said I needed to do a quick identity check and asked me to take a selfie holding my ID. I did it. Felt weird but I thought it was normal for hiring.

Then I looked into it more and found out Cargovera Courier is not a real company. The website is Cargovera courier and the email came from [email protected]. They gave an address at 10200 E Girard Ave Bldg B STE 212 in Denver but I don't even know if that's real. The phone number was (983) 209-0586.

Now I have no idea what they are going to do with my photo and ID. I didn't lose any money but I feel stupid for sending that. No job offer nothing. Just a scam.
