Job offer from Cargovera Couriers felt off before I even started

I got contacted about a remote job with Cargovera Couriers. They said the pay was around $5300 a month, which sounded good. They were really pushing me to start the onboarding right away.

Something felt strange so I looked them up on google. Found out they are a scam organization. I didn't lose any money but they sure tried to rush me into it.

Job offer about receiving and shipping packages seems off

Someone called me from this number 1(970) 423-2950 about a job. They said it was receiving packages, labeling them, and shipping them out through FedEx or UPS. They talked about payroll and everything.

I looked up their website https://www.cargoveracouriers.com/ and the address is 10200 E Girard Ave Bldg B STE 212, Denver, CO 80231. The email they gave was [email protected]. Something about it just felt strange so I didn't go further with it.

Woman called about a shipment checker job with Cargovera Couriers

A woman called me about a job as a shipment checker with Cargovera Couriers. She explained the position and then sent me an email with a contract to fill out. It asked for my personal info, my government ID, and a selfie holding the ID.

After I got off the phone I searched the company name online and saw a bunch of other people saying the same thing happened to them. Same story. So I’m reporting it here because it feels like they’re just trying to get my personal information.
