Online job from Indeed turned into a weird request for a UK bank account

I found this online job through Indeed. It was posted as processing packages at home for shipping. The salary was supposed to be $4400 a month plus a $30 bonus for every package shipped on time, with the first payment in 30 days.

I just got an email from them saying I have to open a bank account online in the UK to receive my salary. They said the bank is Union Bank out of the United Kingdom and the website is bnkunoin.com. This whole thing feels off. The company contact was [email protected] and the main site was Cargowell.com.
