Ordered shorts over three weeks ago and still nothing

I ordered a pair of shorts that come 10 in a pack from carissine.com. It’s going on three weeks now and I never received the order. I keep tracking it and sometimes it says no order is found or just says in logistics. I emailed [email protected] but no reply. Lost 30 dollars.

Paid for a TikTok ad through their website and got nothing

I ordered something from carissine.com after seeing their ad on TikTok. They don't have any real contact info you can actually use. I spent $30 and never got a confirmation email or anything. No tracking, no reply, nothing. The website is still up but they just take your money.
