Ordered clothes from TikTok ad that never showed up

I ordered some clothes off TikTok, it seemed like a really good deal. Never got them. They gave me a tracking number that says delivered but nothing came.

Their customer service told me they would reship the clothes for free. That was a while ago and it hasn't happened. It's not even about the $20 I lost, it's just not right what these scammers are doing.
