Wanted to return poor quality clothes but return address was in China
The stuff came and it was just bad quality, didn't look like the pictures at all. I asked to return them and they said they'd give me a 20% goodwill refund and I could just keep the stuff. I kept pushing and they sent me the same reply three times. Finally they gave me a return address but it was in China and would cost over $300 to ship back.
Their website was Carolyn and Rose and the email was [email protected]. Lost about $140 on this.
