Ordered hoodies for my girls but got cheap polyester instead
I have been emailing like mad to try and get a return label and my money returned. I tried calling the number too, (260) 231-3521, but no one picks up. The website is carolmargaret-wilmington.com and I sent emails to [email protected]. Nothing. I just want my $254.85 back.
Their website lied about returns and the product is cheap junk
So I emailed them at [email protected] to ask for a return and they said no. They told me they only take returns if the product is faulty. But on their website they advertise a different return policy. They lied about it and now I'm stuck with this thing.
Bought a blouse from a North Carolina company but got a cheap knockoff from China
I sent them multiple emails and they kept refusing to admit the shirt I got was different than what they showed on the website. They said I could send it back to China and they might refund me but it would cost more to ship it back than I paid. I told them I was going to report them and that I used to be a fraud investigator in the Air Force. I am! I guess they thought I was bluffing. So I'm reporting them everywhere I can.
Low quality item with no way to return it
I wanted to send it back but their return policy says you need a return authorization first. I notified them like they said but they never sent me the authorization. I tried calling the number on the site but no one ever answers. Sometimes they just cut the call off.
I lost about 80 dollars on this.
Bought clothes from a fake boutique site and got cheap junk
Four weeks later I finally got the items. They are not at all what is in the photos. Cheap imitations, all crap with awful materials and weird sizes. There is no way to contact them. The return information on their web page is invalid. Shortly after I placed the order my credit card was used for some unusual charge. I had to cancel that card. I lost $175.84.

There was no receipt or anything in the package about how to return them. I spent $89.00 on this and they just sent junk. No way to get my money back.
