Dress came wrong color and quality is terrible

I ordered a dress but the wrong color was in the shopping cart. When I contacted them they said the correct one would be sent so I thought okay that's fine. But the wrong dress showed up way later than they said and the quality is disgusting. There's a huge slit from the ankle all the way up to the waist band and that wasn't in the description at all.

They keep offering me ridiculous things like keep the dress for a 10% refund or 50% off future orders. The dress came with a return address in New York but they want me to pay shipping to China. I'm not technically out money yet but I want a full refund and them to pay for return shipping. I'm not happy with any of this.
