Ordered car parts online and got a fake shipping number

I looked up carparts.com and the phone number they had listed was (888) 613-0301. So I called them and the person said they were United Auto Parts and that they were affiliated with carparts.com. They asked me for my VIN and I gave it to them, they said they had the right parts in stock for my car.

I paid them $203.00. After that they gave me a shipping number, it was 9400150898658006803606. But when I looked up that tracking number, it wasn't in my name at all and the address wasn't mine either. So I don't know what they actually sent or if they sent anything. The address they listed on the website says CT, USA.
