Sent back a fake product and now they won’t answer the phone

I bought something from these people and it turned out to be a counterfeit. When I tried to get a refund they said I had to mail it back first. So I did. I paid extra for tracking so I know they got the package.

Now their phone number doesn’t work. I called the number they gave me (888) 201-7001 and it just rings or goes nowhere. I lost $217.95. They have my money and my returned item and I can’t get ahold of anyone. Their website is cartgrizzly.com and the address they used was 16890 E Alameda Pkwy in Aurora CO. I also tried emailing [email protected] but nobody writes back.
