Ordered a denim dress but got polyester instead

I ordered a denim dress from Carter-monroe.com. What showed up was a polyester dress that didn’t even look like the picture. Total different material and style.

They said free 30 day money back guarantee on their site. When I tried to return it they told me I could get a 10% coupon for my next purchase or pay to ship it back to China myself. I reminded them about their no hassle returns and they came back with a 20% refund offer. I lost $47 on this. Such a scam.
