Ordered shoes from Carter Toronto, got cheap fakes from China

I saw an ad for Carter Toronto on YouTube or Instagram. Their website, CarterToronto.com, looked like a Canadian company and the products seemed nice. I bought shoes that were advertised as leather and orthopedic.

The shoes shipped from China. They showed up in random shoe boxes. Inside, the shoes were just in a plastic bag with a card, both with Carter Toronto printing on them. The materials are very cheap. The sole on the orthopedic shoe is so flimsy I can bend it in half easily. It's not leather.

I paid $160.00 for this.
