Ordered orthopaedic shoes and a dress that were nothing like described

I ordered two pairs of shoes from this website because they said they were orthopaedic. They were basically just foam with no support at all. Not even close to what they showed online.

I also bought a denim dress from them. The dress was denim colored but it was made out of broadcloth. Not denim. On the website they said items can be returned within 30 days. Well, they can be returned but it would cost me over $200 to ship them back to China. So I lost $200 total on this.
