Paid for a car title replacement and never got anything back

I couldn’t find the title to my car so I could file an insurance claim. My insurance company said I had to provide a title. I didn’t want to drive downtown Memphis to the Shelby county clerk’s office because it’s not in a safe area.

So I contacted CarTitle.com and gave them all the info they asked for. I paid the fee, $189.00. I waited four weeks and nothing came from them. I ended up having to drive down there and take care of it myself.

I asked for a refund and Amy said the fee was non refundable. I never got anything back from them. I called ScamPulse.com today and found out they have a bad rating. This company should not be in business.
