Unauthorized charges for $620 from CARTPANDA on my husband's account.

I saw three charges on my husband's bank statement from CARTPANDA on January 26, 2026. The total was $620.02. There was no notification about any purchase or shipment, it just showed up.

My husband has mid-stage dementia and I know for a fact he didn't place an order. I had a problem with MemoGenesis before and got a refund because the product never shipped, but this is different. I contacted CARTPANDA and they said they'll refund the money when I return the product.

I'm worried these charges will happen again. If they are going to be reoccurring, how do I stop this from happening?
