Ad on my iPad led to double order and no refund

I was on my iPad and saw an ad, ordered three bottles for $284.00. Then a pop up came saying 20% off so I hit it, thinking it was going off my order. Well they sent me six bottles instead. When I got the order I called and cancelled so I sent back six bottles to Cartpanda. I didn't know they were separate companies but same branch.

The $264.00 was for Lipoless from Colorado. Cartpanda said that was the Lipoless and gave me a phone number. I called five times and they said they paid me on my credit card on 0129. Called my bank four times and it never showed up. Twice they wouldn't even answer. I really need my money back on that card. Living is hard at 83. I need help.
