Ordered jeans from Casa Kalore, tried to return them, and got ignored

I ordered jeans from Casa Kalore's website, casakalore.com. They make dupes of other brands, which I knew, but what I got was really cheap and poorly made. That's one thing.

The real problem is their return policy. It says you can get a refund if you email them with your order number and photos within 5 days of delivery. I did exactly that. I sent the email to [email protected] right within that window.

I never got a reply. Not even an automated one. I sent more emails after that, and still nothing. Now the 5 days are gone, and I'm out over $100. They just ignored me until the time ran out.
