i put a order in may 31 2026 I never received my order y'all gave me a fake tracker number but took my money

Ordered a wedding backdrop and they faked the delivery

I ordered a roll-up Fabric Artificial Flower wall Wedding Backdrop from casalamy.com on May 24, 2026. It was for event decor. They gave me a tracking number but there was no carrier name on it at all.

On June 13, 2026 the tracking said it was delivered at 4:03 am. That is a lie. I have an alarm system that records 24/7 and I can check it. Nobody came to my house or even drove down my street at that time.

It's really disheartening when you trust a website and it turns out to be fake. I lost $47.96. I reported it to my bank and got a new debit card. I see 22 other people also reported they never got their product. This site needs to be shut down.
