Letter about a debt I don’t owe with no company name
They said I can pay $950 today or do a payment plan. First payment $300 then $300 a week. If I don’t pay they said legal stuff and court notifications. They want me to email [email protected].
The letter had a website collection-services.us and an email [email protected]. Address just said TX, USA. No real company name on the letter that I recognize. I didn’t call or reply. Just felt strange.
Debt collection email from a company I never dealt with
They want me to pay $950 right now or do a payment plan of $300 today and then $300 a week. If I don't pay in 48 hours they say they'll start legal stuff and court stuff. The email is from [email protected] and their website is collection-services.us. They also listed an address in TX.
I never took out any cash advance or had any debt like this. I'm not paying anything. This feels like a scam trying to scare me into sending money. I lost $30 already because I almost fell for it but caught myself. Just wanted to report this.
