Email about a debt I don’t owe with threats about wage garnishment

I got an email from [email protected] saying I owe money to Cash Advance USA. It said I need to take immediate action or they’ll garnish my wages, levy my bank account, and send a court summons. They want me to set up a $30 a month payment.

No proof was given. I don’t even know if I ever had anything with Cash Advance USA. The whole thing felt strange, like a scam. I didn’t lose any money but it’s scary getting that kind of threat in an email.
