Got a weird text, called Cash App support and they called me racist

I got a text about a Cash App withdrawal from my account. It seemed off, so I called the number they gave, (970) 303-2385, for Cash App Support. The person who answered said everything was okay and then just hung up on me.

I called back to confirm, and the next representative actually called me racist. I tried calling back a bunch of times after that. I talked to two different supervisors, and both of them hung up on me too.

I have never had such a horrible customer experience in my life, and I even worked retail.
