Phone calls saying I’m being sued for a loan I never took out

I keep getting calls from this number (860) 222-2535. They say they’re from some law office and that I’m being sued over a payday loan. But I never took out any payday loan.

They kept saying it was something called a cash jar loan and that I needed to pay some lower fee right now or they’d garnish my wages. I told them I don’t know what they’re talking about but they just kept insisting. They’re calling from Norwich, CT.

I haven’t lost any money but it’s really annoying and kind of scary how they keep pushing.
