Sold a gift card on Cash4Gift and never got paid

I was looking for a place to sell my unused GameStop gift card and found Cash4gift in a search. So I went through the process, gave them the card info, the amount on it was $20, and said I wanted to get paid through Chime. They said they would pay me $18 for it.

I got two confirmation emails. One said my order was submitted with a number, the other said it was being processed and "This usually only takes a few minutes." That was it. Now the website still says my order is being processed, but I checked my gift card balance and it's $0. They took the money.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] and got a delivery incomplete email the next day. No one has gotten back to me. My order confirmation number was C4G-ZM32VV-HMNSX82. I have screenshots of everything.
