Getting harassing loan calls from a number I don't know

I keep getting these harassing loan calls from 888-269-4978. They call me non-stop, even after I tell them to stop calling me. They are very aggressive and rude on the phone.

I never gave them my number. I never applied for any loan with them. It's just constant harassment. I lost $50 to a phishing scam on the CashApp website, and now this keeps happening. It feels like too much.

Bought a game item online and got blocked after sending money

I tried to buy a cosmetic for a game from this person online. I sent the money through Cashapp. Right after that, they blocked me on everything. I can't get in touch with them at all.

I tried to get my money back through Cashapp. They said they couldn't do anything about a refund. They told me the person who got the money is the one who has to send it back. I even told them I was blocked, and they know that. It was $80. Now I'm just out the money and the item.
