Paid for credit repair service and still waiting on refund

I paid $300 for their service and they never did anything. Every time I call they say they are going to get me a refund but nothing ever happens. I just keep getting the same runaround.

Their website is cashmoo com and their email is [email protected]. The phone number they use is (941) 548-7487. I don't know what else to do at this point.
