Harassing us for money after a free roofing inspection

I got a text about a free roofing inspection. The person said my son authorized it. My son has mental health issues and did not authorize this. The inspector came out and did the inspection, saying it was free.

Now I'm getting harassed for payment. They are calling and texting demanding money for this inspection that was supposed to be free. The contact was from Cataylor LLC, using the email [email protected] and the phone number (405) 446-0722 out of Oklahoma City. This whole thing feels wrong and is causing a lot of stress. We never agreed to pay anything.
