Ordered a pony halter months ago and still nothing

I ordered a pony halter and a matching lead rope back at the beginning of 2025. The company keeps telling me that someone tried to steal their company or something, and that they’ve been trying to catch up on orders. I’ve emailed them a bunch of times and they keep saying my order is coming.

But today they told me I could get my order shipped faster if I buy something else from them first. They said they’d show me tracking before I pay for the new item. That didn’t make sense to me.

They’re still taking new orders and charging higher prices, but they won’t ship stuff from months ago unless people buy more. I paid $92.60 and haven’t gotten anything. Their website is cavaeq.com and they email from [email protected].
