Debt collector called about an old Credit One card with no website

CBC contacted me saying I owed a debt from a Credit One Bank card. This is a really old debt. They said they tried to serve me but I never got any notice about being served. They also said they sent letters but I never got any letters from them.

They told me if I didn't make payments it would cost me over $6000 with court costs. I asked them for a website so I could see this account and the balance owing and they said they don't have a website for this and I would have to request a report. I was scared so I set up payment arrangements and so far they took $55.13.

I don't see this as legitimate. Please help.
