Text saying my account ending in 1867 has good options

I just got a text from someone named Amy saying my account ending in 1867 has good conditions and to click a link. The link was go.checkgobenefits.com/DT9GxL18. I don't know who Amy is or what account she's talking about.

It said I could text Stop or Quit and then had the letters CBG in parentheses. I didn't click the link because it felt strange. There's no company name on it that I recognize. I didn't lose any money but this is just weird.
