Paid for a bonnet from CC Mink and never got it

I bought a bonnet from CC Mink and never received it. I saw online it’s happened to a lot of people. After I bought this I had a separate charge from Walmart that I didn’t make.

I emailed them at [email protected] but never got a response. Their website is ccminkhair.net and they’re supposed to be at 6517 Unity Rd in Tuscaloosa, AL. I just want my money back or the bonnet.
