Ordered hair from an online ad, got a tracking number but no package

I saw an ad for this company on social media and placed an order. They gave me a USPS tracking number, but the package was never actually delivered to USPS to be shipped. It just never moved.

I tried emailing the company at the address they gave, [email protected], to ask about my order. I never got any reply back. I'm out $46 and have nothing to show for it. The whole thing feels like a scam.
