Ordered a holster online and never got it, no response from the company

I bought a holster from them online. The money came out of my account, $29. I never got the item. It just never showed up.

I tried to contact them about it. I used the email [email protected]. I got no response back from the merchant. Nothing. It's like they just took the money and disappeared.
