Voicemail about documents being delivered to my home
They keep saying they've tried to contact me multiple times by phone and mail, but I never got anything. This time they said the matter was flagged and moved forward, and they have to notify me 72 hours before the documents are actually delivered. It sounds really urgent and sensitive, and they want me to press one to talk to a case manager or call them back.
It just feels like phishing, honestly. They have an address in Melbourne, FL. I haven't lost any money, but I'm tired of getting these calls. I don't know what documents they're talking about.
Voicemail about documents being delivered with no company details
The message repeated itself almost word for word, like it was recorded weird. Then he said it’s a highly sensitive matter and I need to call back at 833-493-2128 and press one for a case manager. No company name on the caller ID, just the phone number (833) 484-2366.
I didn’t lose any money but it felt off. No real company name or proof of what documents they’re talking about.
