Letter about software I never bought with a threat to charge my account

I got a letter saying I bought some software in 2023 that had a 3 year life and now it was time to renew or cancel. I never bought any software from them. I don’t have any record of paying for anything like that.

They said if I cancel it would cost me $6800. That doesn’t make any sense. I talked to a few people who called and told them I didn’t buy anything. Now they are threatening to charge my checking account anyway.

The address they had for me in the letter they said they sent in 2023 was wrong. So I don’t know how they think I owe them anything.
