Ordered a dress from Cecole.com and they won't let me return it

I ordered a dress from this site Cecole.com because they said returns would be easy and free. The dress came too late for my event so I didn't even need it anymore.

When I tried to send it back they just refused to honor their return policy. They sent me a bunch of emails with different offers like if I kept it they would give me a 10% refund or something. But they just will not take the product back. I lost $70 on this.
