Ordered shoes and now no one will answer me

I ordered a pair of shoes from their site. Right after I placed the order I got an email saying they were delayed. That was it.

There’s no tracking updates at all. I tried calling the number on their site— (256) 297-7436—but it doesn’t work. The email [email protected] just bounces back. I even left a comment on the site saying I couldn’t reach anyone and could they please contact me. Nothing.

So I’m out $49.95 and I can’t get ahold of anybody. The address they have is 9235 Downey Ave, Downey, CA 90240 but I don’t even know if that’s real.
