Strange mail with face mask packets I never ordered

I got five small envelopes in the mail. Four of them had a little packet inside marked Centella Asatica Bubble Facial Mask, says 0.5g net content. Each was in its own envelope. The fifth envelope was completely empty. Weird.

I did not order this product. I have never even heard of it before. No idea why they sent it to me or what they want. The address on the envelopes is 70 E Hawthorne Ave, Valley Stream, NY 11580. I didn't lose any money on this, just confused why I got it.
