Medicare Part B charged me for medical services I never got

I got charged reoccurring on my Medicare part B medical insurance. It was for services I never received. The charges are from a doctor I’ve never even heard of.

The charges are coming from a company called Centennial a medical supply company LLC out of Denver, Colorado. I don't know them. The money lost is $2250. I am filing this as a scam complaint.
