Medicare claim for catheters I never got

I got a letter about a Medicare claim from Centennial Med Supply on 6/15/2026. It said they billed for urinary catheters from April 8 to October 8, 2025. I never had any catheters. Never ordered them.

The letter had their phone number (720) 986-4960 and an address at 1805 Bellaire St, Denver, CO 80222. I don't know who these people are. I didn't lose any money yet but it feels strange getting a bill for something I never used.

Just wanted to report it.
