My insurance summary showed fake charges from this medical supply company.

I was looking at my Blue Cross Blue Shield summary notice from December 29, 2025, and it had charges on there that I never asked for. It said they were billed to Medicare and BC/BS for "several intermittent urinary catheters" over six months.

The supplier listed is Centennial Med Supply LLC at 1805 S Bellaire St in Denver. They charged Medicare $15,750.00 back in October, and Medicare paid out $12,248.00. Blue Cross didn't pay their part because they knew it was a scam. They told me they asked the company for more information.

I'm seeing other people talking about this same scam with this company. Medicare said they would look into it. I also filed a report with my local police.
