Unauthorized charges for medical supplies on my Medicare statement
The notice says they made six claims to Medicare between April and September of last year. Medicare actually approved four of them. They paid a total of $7,056 to this company.
Now the notice says I might be billed $1,800 for this. I never ordered any catheters from Centennial Med Supply. I don't know how this happened or why Medicare paid them.
Getting billed for medical supplies I never ordered
The doctor listed as ordering it is someone named Yussein Aguirre. That is not my doctor. I don't know who that is. Medicare is paying this bill because they don't know it's fake. I shouldn't be getting these statements for things I didn't get.
Charged my Medicare for supplies I never ordered or received
Medicare has already paid some of these charges. I never authorized any of this. I have filed appeals for every single charge through Medicare. This is for things I didn't get and never asked for. The address they have is 1805 S Bellaire St. in Denver, Colorado.
Medicare notice shows charges for catheters I never used or ordered
I have never used a urinary catheter in my life. No doctor ever prescribed one for me, and none of my healthcare providers ordered this. It looks completely fraudulent.
I called Medicare and my supplemental insurance right away to report it as fraud. The supplier's address is 1805 S Bellaire St, Ste 480-01, Denver, CO 80222-4305.
My insurance summary showed fake charges from this medical supply company.
The supplier listed is Centennial Med Supply LLC at 1805 S Bellaire St in Denver. They charged Medicare $15,750.00 back in October, and Medicare paid out $12,248.00. Blue Cross didn't pay their part because they knew it was a scam. They told me they asked the company for more information.
I'm seeing other people talking about this same scam with this company. Medicare said they would look into it. I also filed a report with my local police.
