Found a company I don't know on my Medicare statements

I was going through my Medicare statements and I saw charges from a company called CentennialMed. I have never heard of this company. I never got any services or products from them. The things listed on the statements, I didn't get any of that.

The address they have is 1805 S. Brllaire St Ste 480-01 in Denver, and their website is centennialmed.net. Their phone is (720) 986-4960 and email is [email protected]. I looked it up and saw other people had the exact same thing happen. Their statements were identical to mine. I didn't lose any money but it's wrong to be on there. I never signed up for anything with them.
