Paid for a graduation doll that never showed up

I ordered a graduation doll from their website centerty.com and paid $33.23 for it. That was a while ago and the thing never got delivered.

I tried calling the customer service number they gave, (757) 682-5758, but it's out of service. Their address says New York, NY 10019 but I don't even know if that's real. I emailed [email protected] too but nobody ever wrote me back. Just wanted the doll I paid for.
