Text message offering a $4500 senior card for gas and groceries
I got a text on June 23rd from something called CentryMed. It said I have a new $4500 Senior card I can use for gas, groceries, and utilities this month. It told me to text the word "card" to get it or reply "stop" to unsubscribe.
I didn't do either one because it's obviously a scam. No real company just sends out texts like that offering free money. The number it came from was (425) 345-1856. Just wanted to put this out there so nobody else falls for it.
