Voicemail threatening lawsuit over debt I don’t owe

I got a voicemail from someone named Ms. Carter at Certified Services. She said it wasn’t a sale or a seller calling. She said my full name, Social Security number, and date of birth were linked to a civil lawsuit pending judgment.

She said she was forwarding it to their legal department for a judgment amount of $13,985.44. She gave me until 3 PM Eastern to call her back at 404-939-9527 or speak to management at 888-732-7705. She mentioned a case number 292-23215 and a guy named Matt Lawson.

I have no idea what this is about. I don’t owe that kind of money and I never got anything in writing. Just a weird threatening voicemail out of nowhere.
