Website took my money and never sent the order

I ordered something from their website cexila.com. Got a tracking number and it said delivered but nothing ever showed up at my house. They told me they would ship it again, expedited. Still never got anything.

They did agree to refund me the $35.70. That never happened either. I emailed them at [email protected] but no reply. Just out the money at this point.

Ordered from Cexila.com and tracker says delivered but nothing showed up

I ordered some stuff on May 31st from this site Cexila.com. The tracking number says it was delivered but I never got anything. I tried emailing them at [email protected] and no reply. Lost about 500 dollars on this. Just feels like a scam honestly. No package no nothing and they wont answer me.

Ordered something and they said it was delivered but nothing showed up

I placed an order on April 6, 2026. They said the item was delivered on May 15. On May 16 I got a reply telling me to check the mailroom and my neighbors. I told them the package was not found anywhere.

Then I got an email back saying they were offering a free reshipment within 7 to 15 days. On May 20 they said the order was shipped and gave me a tracking number c2s890502000cn. It says delivered on May 31, 2026 but no delivery service came. I reached out on May 31 telling them it shows delivered and asking what the next step is. They responded offering a 70% refund. I requested a full refund instead.
