Paid for an item two months ago and it still says label created

I bought something from their website. That was like two months ago now. The tracking just says label created and nothing else has happened since then.

I’ve emailed them a bunch of times at [email protected] but they just won’t answer me back. I paid $59.99 and I got nothing. The website is qc92n8-eg.myshopify.com. I don’t know what else to do.

Ordered a handheld gaming device and they never shipped it

I bought a handheld gaming device, it was called “The Pokket RG DS” the 128GB version, with some accessories like an SD card and screen protector and stylus. This was on March 24, 2026. I paid $63.49 total through Shop Pay.

The order status just says “label created” and that’s it. Nothing ever shipped or got delivered. I never got any updates or tracking or anything from the merchant. I waited a reasonable time.

I tried to reach out but the seller just doesn’t respond. So I never got the product I paid for.
