Got a misleading "Annual Renewal Instruction Form" for my LLC
I got this "Annual Renewal Instruction Form" in the mail from C.F.S. It looks official, but it's not a requirement at all. In Minnesota, your LLC renews automatically with the state. They were trying to charge money for a service that is completely useless. I don't even need it, and it seems like it doesn't even exist as a real requirement. It just feels like a trick to get people to pay for something they don't have to do.
