Ordered from a Shopify store and they keep changing the delivery story

I ordered something from this site, shopify, and the email was [email protected]. I paid $34. They kept saying the package was delivered. But first they told me the courier was Track17. Then in another email they said it was delivered by USPS. I don't know who is telling the truth. They just keep changing their story. I never got anything.
